Neil has over 20 years experience in the entertainment and
technology industries. With a background that includes programming,
licensing, business development, corporate strategy, production and
technical operations, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the new
media and digital marketplace. As Chief Operating Officer of
Akimbo, Neil spearheaded a new business model based on software as a
service, enabling content providers to monetize their video assets
on the web. He provided fiscal, strategic and operational leadership
and reduced indebtedness by over 20%. A pioneer in video on
demand, Neil ran entertainment programming for both Diva Corporation
and TVN Entertainment. As Senior Vice President of Programming at
TVN, he oversaw the development and programming of original
video-on-demand networks including Telenuestros, MUSIC Unlimited and
KIDS Unlimited, the first subscription packages available on demand
in the U.S. Additionally, Neil negotiated long-term deals with all
major Hollywood studios, cable networks and independents, turning
TVN into the largest provider of video-on-demand content in North
America. As Vice President of Entertainment at Diva, Neil created
and implemented programming strategies and business models for a
variety of services including, subscription, free, and special
events on demand. Additionally, Neil forged new ground with the
Hollywood community by negotiating the industry’s first video on
demand licensing deals, securing rights to over 4,000 hours of
content.
Prior to Diva, Neil was Vice President of Witt-Thomas Films,
overseeing all aspects of the company’s development and production
activities. Neil started his career at Warner Bros., where he served
as Director of Worldwide Acquisitions. Neil has also brings a wealth
of experience to the creative process, having served as a writer and
producer of film and television properties for studios and networks. |

Bev is an industry veteran with over 20 years experience in the
cable television, entertainment and technology industries. With a
diverse background that includes sales, marketing, programming and
technical operations, Bev brings a wealth of experience to the new
media marketplace.
As a senior level executive with both entertainment and technology
companies, Bev sold and launched the first video on demand programming
service in the United States. Bev ran the Entertainment Services
Division at DIVA Corporation where she headed up the company’s
engineering, marketing, programming and operations activities. Bev
focused her efforts on sales and marketing while SVP of Marketing at
TVN Entertainment and earlier in her career at HBO.
