Neil has over 15 years of leadership experience building global companies in the entertainment and technology industries. An entrepreneur by nature, Neil has a strong track record of performance in profitable enterprises as well as turnaround and start-up organizations.

As Chief Operating Officer for Akimbo Systems, Neil transitioned the IPTV/Web content company to a SAAS business and provided fiscal, strategic and operational leadership. A pioneer in video on demand, Neil ran entertainment programming for both DIVA Corporation and TVN Entertainment. During this time he created and implemented a variety of on demand services currently offered by major MSO’s including Comcast, Cablevision, and Charter. Neil began his career at Warner Bros, where he served as Director of Worldwide Acquisitions.

In addition to his business experience, Neil brings a wealth of knowledge to the creative process, having served as a writer and producer of film and television properties for studios and networks. Neil resides in Silicon Valley, where he is the Co-Chairman of the Costano Literacy Program, dedicated to providing under privileged children with a chance to succeed.
